Toll Free Service
Toll Free Service offers clients an inbound calling service whereby a toll free service number is provided for the purpose of receiving calls into your business at no expense to the calling party.

• Area Code Blocking
  We provide businesses the ability to block toll-free calls from specific area codes. Up to 75 area codes may be allowed or blocked.
• Area Code Routing
  You also have the ability to route calls to a predetermined location based on originating area code. Clients may route calls to a maximum of 15 different numbers.
• Percent Traffic Allocation Routing
  We offer businesses the ability to route calls to multiple call centers based on a predetermined percentage of calls received.
• Time of Day Routing
  DNG provides businesses the ability to route calls to a predetermined location (must be from one DNG client location to another DNG client location) based on the time of day the call originates. You may route calls to a maximum of four different locations in ½ hour increments.
