without charge or offer you paid telephone
support at less cost than a service visit.

issue from a hardware or software vendor
or an Internet service provider, we will
tell you so and guide you on who to call.
If we feel your machine is not worth fixing,

us losing a service call. We don't make
any money doing all that, but we know what

ENSURING QUALITY SERVICE
If we do proceed to a service call, your
service manager will assist the technician
to carry out your request with all the available
tools at our disposal from the technicians
we employ. This way you benefit from all
of our available talent, not just the technician
onsite. Of course, we fully guarantee the
work of every technician who serves you.
FAIR BILLING - NO TRAVEL FEES
If and when we come out to your home or
office for an onsite service call, you will
only be charged for the time the technician
is actually there, not for their travel
time. We do require a one hour minimum service
call but that is the only restriction. If
your problem is solved within the hour,
you are entitled to use the technician's
time for the remainder of the hour, tuning
your system, tutoring you on proper care
of the machine or the use of software.
15 MIN INCREMENT BILLING
If your work requires more than our one
hour minimum, we will first give you an
estimate for that additional time. That
estimate will be the most you will pay and
it may even be less since we charge in 15
minute increments. As an example, if we
work for 90 minutes, you will pay for 90
minutes, not rounded up to 2 hours. The
only time the estimate would be exceeded
is if we discover something new about your
computer that needs attention and was not
previously reported. If this happens, all
work will stop for your consultation and
permission to proceed. In other words, you
are in control of the cost at all times.
MAKE THE COMPARISON
If your computer needs work, compare our
service to taking your computer in to a
shop. You will break down the computer,
put it in your car, drive down to the service
store, and first, get an estimate. This
estimate will likely cost you between $55
and $100 and can take up to 4 days to get.
At Digital Networking Group, we charge you
a minimum one hour service call and we actually
work for that hour! Plus, we come right
to your door within 24 hours!
If you need immediate telephone computer
or network tech support and cannot get help
from your Internet Service Provider or your
computer system builder, we can help. Digital
Networking Group's entire staff of computer
and network technicians are specially identified
according to their expertise. Within minutes
of your telephone call (or online support
request) we can tap one of our experts to
call and assist you right over the phone.We
can coach you on software programs, networking
issues, troubleshooting/diagnosing a hardware
issue, or provide you with specialized expert
consultations on a variety of technical
issues. Phone time is billed in 15 minute
increments and starts only from the time
our designated technician calls you. As
with our onsite service calls, the initial
consultation with one of our Digital Networking
Group service managers is free of charge.
Why would you want to buy a system from
Digital Networking Group?

you are shopping for a new computer system,
you will find similar quality of components
amongst all the major brands. But what will
really make the difference is the nature
of your service and warranty protection.
Virtually
all of the major brand names that sell on
the Internet and through retail are not
in the business of service at all. They
farm out that job to companies like us.
WILL
YOUR WARRANTY REALLY COVER YOU ?
This
is a crucial distinction. Digital Networking
Group is, first and foremost, a service
company that also happens to build computers,
not the other way around. This gives us
a lot of latitude to provide a total service
package to our warranty customers.
Here is an example:
Let's say that your hard drive crashes under
warranty. A warranty technician is only
authorized to replace that hard drive. He
is not only not responsible to save your
information on the old hard drive, he is
not even allowed to. We know because we
provide warranty service for other companies
in just that situation.
With Digital Networking Group, the warranty
service is provided by our own technicians.
It is "in house" . This allows
us to utilize our technicians for both warranty
and non warranty service in the same call.
So we can offer a service on-the-spot (like
backing up your hard drive data) or even
provide it as a customer service if we choose
to.
NEED
TO COMBINE PARTS?
Do
you have an old hard drive you want to move
into your brand new system and have extra
storage? Why not? Do you want to make any
upgrades to it? Well, be careful When you
buy a system from Dell, HP/Compaq or Gateway,
if you want to upgrade the machine after
you buy it, take that old hard drive from
an old machine and move it in as a 2nd drive,
even upgrade the memory, you will almost
always VOID the warranty! If you ask Digital
Networking Group to do that for a Digital
Networking Group computer, it does not.
We are much better able to serve you.
All
our machines come with 1 year onsite warranty
service (you can purchase more time if you
want) and we perform that service. Plus,
if the warranty service requested ends up
being software related, we can perform that
service right then and there at your option.
With a Dell, Gateway or Compaq, you would
have to start all over. The warranty guy
would leave and you would then need to hire
a company like us anyway. This way it is
all rolled into one service. Given these
advantages, we can't imagine why anyone
would consider buying computers anywhere
else. We don't make much money on them,
they are really just a good customer service
to provide them to you.
Why would you want to buy a system from
DNG?
Digital Networking Group is a service company
that builds computers. We are not a computer
company that simply "tacks on"
service. This is important because in today's
market, you may very well want to combine
parts from older computers. This is not
always easy to do with another manufacturer.
